Job Description

• Make approval decisions on items in question
• Keep senior management aware of any trends or major obstacles affecting regional growth
• Responsible for assisting with creating, maintaining, and enhancing operational manuals and documents
• Work directly with Subject Matter Experts to ensure all operational manuals and documents stay current
• Respond directly to employee concerns, questions, and approval requests
• Answer phone lines and assist frontline needs
• Contribute to team effort by working on other tasks/projects as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

Position is comparative to an ABM salary structure

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of FCBI's services, sales products, bank policies and procedures
• Must be able to make approval decisions on all items
• Exceptional customer service skills with supervisory experience
• Excellent written and oral communication in a professional manner
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
• Self starter and solve problems in a timely matter
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have flexibility with schedule to include, evening hours and at least two weekends each month
• Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
